چکیده

Abstract The influence of triaxial deformation ? on the purely collective form wobbling motion in even–even nuclei is discussed based rotor model. It found that harmonic approximation realized well when value = 30° adopted for properties energy spectra and electric quadrupole transition probabilities, while this gets worse gradually deviates from 30°. Recent data a Coulomb excitation experiment, namely 3 1 + ${2}_{2}^{+}$?> 2 110 Ru, are studied might be suggested as bandhead bands. In addition, two types angular momentum geometries motion, stemming different values, exhibited by azimuthal plots.

Wobbling motion in triaxial superdeformed nuclei

We discuss some characteristic features of the wobbling motion excited on the triaxial superdeformed Lu nucleus. We show how these features are connected to the moments of inertia microscopically calculated by means of the quasiparticle RPA in the rotating frame.

Tilted Rotation and Wobbling Motion in Nuclei

The self-consistent harmonic oscillator model including the threedimensional cranking term is extended to describe collective excitations in the random phase approximation. It is found that quadrupole collective excitations associated with wobbling motion in rotating nuclei lead to the appearance of two– or three–dimensional rotation. PACS numbers: 21.60.Jz, 21.60 Ev Nuclear states grouped into...

Triaxial Black-hole Nuclei

We demonstrate that the nuclei of galaxies containing supermassive black holes can be triaxial in shape. Schwarzschild’s method was first used to construct self-consistent orbital superpositions representing nuclei with axis ratios of 1 : 0.79 : 0.5 and containing a central point mass representing a black hole. Two different density laws were considered, ρ ∝ r−γ , γ = {1, 2}. Only non-chaotic o...

Microscopic Description of Nuclear Wobbling Motion — Rotation of Triaxially Deformed Nuclei —

The nuclear wobbling motion in the Lu region is studied by the microscopic cranked mean-field plus RPA method. The Woods-Saxon potential is used as a mean-field with a new parameterization which gives reliable description of rapidly rotating nuclei. The prescription of symmetry-preserving residual interaction makes the calculation of the RPA step parameter-free, and we find the wobbling-like RP...
